Paula Darling

After more than 30 years in a corporate sales role, Paula decided to pursue her dream of owning her own business. She started out in the insurance industry getting licensed in Life/Health, Property/Casualty and quickly moving on to get her securities licenses and began working for a large firm as a Financial Advisor. It wasn’t too long before she realized her passion was not about balancing portfolios. It was about educating people on how to set themselves up for success and how to think differently about money.   

In her past life Paula worked with companies such as Boeing, Microsoft, California Department of Corrections, Port of Portland and SeaTac Airport. Fast forward to today and Paula has combined her knowledge of the corporate world with the strategies provided by the GOALL Program. She is absolutely passionate about helping companies serve their employees at the highest level possible. Understanding what people really need in terms of benefits and protection for their families helps her offer tailored solutions that companies need. Paula enjoys helping clients to think outside the box, get creative and find solutions that truly set you apart from the competition.  

Paula also gets tremendous satisfaction out of helping young people learn about investing. Our younger generations are facing many challenges such as inflation, market volatility, rising taxes, diminishing social security and a failing Medicare system. Traditional investment methods are not going to be enough. Paula is dedicated to helping future generations navigate through their options and create a path to financial freedom.
