Olga Johnson, CFEI, VA

Always a trailblazer, Olga Johnson is a seasoned financial services professional.  Growing up in Washington, D.C., she had great opportunity for a varied background to include an appreciation for the arts.  Interestingly, her appreciation for the arts helped to prepare her in the professional arena as a top problem solver and creative solutions strategist.  

Olga’s experience in the financial/leadership arena includes previously serving as the Executive Director/CEO for four agencies in the Washington D.C. area, along with management positions in Budget and Finance throughout her career in local government.  

Always passionate about helping others, she educates and advises business owners on how to protect their assets while showing them how to become their own bank.  She is a Certified Financial Education Instructor and has been featured on television, and in print media to include women’s journals and The Gazette. 

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s degree.  In 2015, Olga became an Independent Agent with First Financial Security, which afforded her the opportunity to more directly link her passion for helping people with her financial expertise. 

She later went on to become a Certified Financial Education Instructor and thereafter became a GOALL Program Certified Representative.  Olga is devoted to helping people improve their bottom line and have peace of mind.  Because she is dedicated to the financial wellbeing of her clients, Olga will tirelessly work to develop the best strategy that ensures the greatest value for their short, long term and immediate goals.  

A mother, grandmother and grand to a “grand-puppy”, you may often hear her say how much she loves assisting people in “finding the money”.  As a certified GOALL Program Representative, Olga will help employer’s recruit, retain and tether top employees, while reducing their benefit costs.
